...Greetings familia...over the past seven years I have lived behind the Redwood curtain of Humboldt Co. and plan to move to Kauai in late August. From one rainy paradise to another! I graduated from Humboldt S.U. with a major in studio art; my emphasis in metalsmithing. For the past five years I have been creating amulets, talismans, and varied forms of body adornment as well as small utilitarian sculptural pieces.
...My goal while in the islands is to continually manifest amazing works of art and to help fascilitate others in this amazing learning process. I will be teaching one on one classes of beginning to intermediate levels. This will cover design, form (sawing/filing/sanding), saudering, rivets, chain mail, bezels, hinges, folding, texture, etching, and whatever else we can think of!
...I will be looking for a house to rent with my brother and wife whom are already living on the island. We are open to many options, 2-3 rooms preferable-possibly four with another roomate.
